Crowwd Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of services (“Services”) provided by CROWWD NETWORK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“Crowwd”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an Indian company with its registered office at D7/7217, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070. These Terms apply to all platforms affiliated with Crowwd, including but not limited to:

• The Crowwd Website
• The Crowwd Mobile Application (available on App Store & Play Store)
• Crowwd’s official Twitter handle
• Any other associated digital platforms or services

(collectively referred to as the “Platforms”).

These Terms are effective as of 25th February 2025 (“Effective Date”).

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are legally binding upon all users of Crowwd (“you”, “your”, “User(s)”), including any individual or entity who accesses, registers, downloads, browses, or otherwise uses any Services provided by Crowwd through its Platforms.

By accessing or using Crowwd’s Services, you confirm that you have:

1. Read and understood these Terms in full
2. Agreed to comply with these Terms
3. Reviewed and accepted the Crowwd Privacy Policy

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services or Platforms provided by Crowwd.
